ORLANDO, FL – All this week (Monday, May 17 thru Friday, May 21), the Florida Department of Health in Orange County has plenty of 1st Dose COVID-19 Vaccination appointments available for ages 12 – 15 at the Orange County Convention Center.

To get an appointment, visit the CDR Health Pro website at www.patientportalfl.com.

A parent or legal guardian with identification must accompany any minor receiving a vaccine. In addition, a completed consent form is required.

Because this is the last week for the Department’s FREE, drive-through vaccination event at the convention center, those who receive 1st Dose vaccinations will have to get their 2nd Dose at another location.

This offering of the vaccine to the 12 through 15-year-old age group was made possible due to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) recent granting of emergency use authorization for Pfizer vaccines for ages 12-15.
