ORLANDO, FL – Calling all pregnant moms and moms of infants. Come learn healthy cooking tips for you and your family at a FREE Nutrition Cooking Class on Saturday, July 30, 2022.

Held at the Englewood Neighborhood Center, 6123 La Costa Dr, Orlando 32807, the class begins at 10:00 a.m. and runs until 12:00 p.m.

Hosted by the Florida Department of Health in Orange County’s Office of Community Health with the assistance of community partners Central Florida Diaper Bank and HEBNI Nutrition Consultants, the class has limited seating. Register today by calling 407-376-8508.

Attendees can expect a hands-on cooking demonstration, food samples and recipes, door prizes, and giveaways.
