WIC and Family Planning/Prenatal Services Clinic Relocation

In preparation of the AC unit upgrades at the Southside Health Center (Lake Ellenor), we wanted to update you on a few important items.

Effective April 13, 2026, WIC and Family Planning/Prenatal services will temporarily relocate from the Southside Health Center (Lake Ellenor).

All other programs at Southside Health Center will remain operational Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Here are important items to know when accessing the Southside Health Center:

• Access to the western parking lot will be available only through the north entrance near the fire station on Rio Grande Avenue. Parking will be closed near the AC upgrade area. See the map below.

• WIC services previously offered at the Southside Health Center location will now be provided Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the following location:

Lila Mitchell Health Center

• Family Planning and Prenatal services previously offered at the Southside Health Center will now be provided Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the following location:

Central Health Center, Building #1
