Presented by the local University of Florida IFAS Extension office, the public is welcome to attend this free healthy living class held each Thursday at the Florida Department of Health in Orange County's Lake Underhill facility.

It's a chance to learn how to live a healthier life.  The topic for January 2018 is "Mindful Eating."
