Free immunizations to any child from birth (2 months) through 18 years of age, if eligible. Children must be present for immunization appointments, even when parent/guardian consider children is up to date on immunizations.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are a new patient, please complete a pre-registration appointment for immunizations.

Walk-ins are welcome but limited and based on availability. No walk-ins after 2 p.m.
