Bellies, Babies, and Beyond (BBB) program is a Federal Healthy Start initiative designed to work with women and their families before, during, and after pregnancy, engaging pregnant women and continuing to serve the family through the baby’s second birthday.
For more than 10 years, the BBB program has been providing assistance to pregnant women, interconceptual women, infants, and children up to 18 months to improve pregnancy outcomes and help children get a healthy start in life.
Services are provided at no cost. Our goal is to help you have the healthiest pregnancy and baby possible. Participation in the program is completely voluntary, and all information provided is kept strictly confidential.
Services provided by the program include:
- Assistance in finding a prenatal care provider
- Prenatal education and support
- Newborn care education and support
- Breastfeeding education and support
- Childbirth education and classes
- Parenting education
- Referrals to other community resources
- In-home assessments, care coordination, and support
- BBB Fatherhood Program
- Car seat safety education
- Nutrition education
- Help to quit smoking
- Supportive counseling

2026/2027 Childbirth Classes
Childbirth Classes with Healthy Start will consist of four weekly sessions.
24/7 Dads
The program helps men develop essential skills to build strong, positive, and lasting relationships with their children.
Bootcamp for New Dads
Classes are offered throughout the county at several locations. Advanced registration is required.
