Many soon-to-be mothers feel great responsibility during and after their pregnancies. From the physical changes to the emotional rollercoaster of hormones, pregnancy can bring up many unexpected challenges. It can make you feel anxious, overwhelmed, and unsupported.

Sister Friends is a free program that connects pregnant women (little sisters) in Orange County to women in the community (sister friends) who are with you at every step in your pregnancy and parenting journey.
