Important Notice

Please note the upcoming change in Eligibility requirements for Refugee Health services. The waiver that has been in place from the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) that allowed services to be provided to clients within 364 days of arrival to the United States (U.S.) will expire on March 31, 2024.

Effective April 1, 2024, only clients that are within 90 days of arrival to the U.S. will be eligible for Refugee Health services.

The Refugee Health Program provides services through funding from the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement and the Florida Department of Children and Families, Refugee Services. Services include health assessment and immunization services for the following people:

  • Refugees
  • Asylees
  • Cuban & Haitian Asylum Applicants
  • Cuban & Haitian Entrants (including parolees)
  • Amerasians
  • Iraqi/Afghan special immigrants
  • Certain victims of severe forms of human trafficking

Please bring these documents with you for us to determine whether you can receive services:

  • U.S. I-94 Form
  • Passport
  • Homeland Security Notice to Appear Form I-862
  • Any other immigration documents

 

Immigration Health

Currently, we do not offer immigration health services. If you need information on local civil surgeons that are able to perform Immigration physicals, please visit U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

  • Monday — Friday 8am – 5pm
  • Saturday — Closed
  • Sunday — Closed
