Thank you for your interest in volunteering or participating in an internship with the Florida Department of Health. If you would like to apply, please complete one of forms listed below:
- Internship Application - To participate in an internship, we must have an academic affiliation agreement in place with your institution.
- Volunteer Application - All volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
If space is available for your participation, our staff will contact you with additional details.
