ORLANDO, FL – Open to all families, please join us on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at the FREE Catch the Wellness Slopes Health Fair. Held at Xperience Live, 6387 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL, this seasonal fun event is hosted by the Florida Department of Health in Orange County in partnership with Orange County Public Schools (OCPS).

Event guests will enjoy live music, free activities in Santa’s Workshop, free lunch and more.

Throughout the event, attendees will have the opportunity to receive vaccination and wellness health screenings (vision, hearing, BMI, scoliosis, and growth and development). 

To receive the free health care and health screenings, parents and guardians must complete their OCPS Parent Consent Forms and choose to “opt in” to allow their student to get the vital health screenings that are provided free by OCPS.

Just go to the OCPS Parent Portal, Skyward Family Access to complete the forms, which can be found on the OCPS website at OCPS.net (https://www.ocps.net/).
