DOH-Orange Hosts Fifth Annual Maternal and Child Health Summit

Orlando, Fla. – The Florida Department of Health in Orange County (DOH-Orange) invites expectant mothers and parents of infants up to the age of 1 to attend the free Maternal and Child Health Summit on Saturday, October 11, 2025.

The event will occur from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the following location:

The summit will cover infant CPR, breastfeeding and nutrition, safe sleep/sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), and fatherhood. This year’s theme is Welcome to ONE!, celebrating the importance of babies reaching their 1st birthday and beyond in hopes to improve the health and well-being of moms, babies, and families in Orange County, Florida. Attendees will receive giveaways, health screenings, and more. Free parking is available.
