DOH-Orange seeks Nominations for Healthy Equity Hero Awards

The Florida Department of Health in Orange County (DOH-Orange) seeks to recognize Health Equity Heroes in our community.  The nominee should demonstrate thorough knowledge and experience in their field, leadership skills, compassion and sensitivity, participation in activities that serve to improve the community, and a passion and dedication in working to eliminate health disparities in the community. 

Nominations are due March 30, 2018, to Art Howell at Arthur.Howell@flhealth.gov.
