DOH Orange received recognition at the 26^th Annual Governor’s Sterling Award Ceremony for successfully completing the Sterling Collaborative Management Assessment.  The Sterling process is modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality process and it is considered the benchmark for state performance excellence process in the United States.
