DOH-Orange’s Vital Statistics office Closes Lobby

ORLANDO, FL – Due to the ongoing effort to contain the spread of COVID-19, the Florida Department of Health in Orange County’s Bureau of Vital Statistics will close its lobby to the general public starting March 30, 2020.

Funeral homes will be allowed to enter and pick up their orders that are sent via fax.

Residents can call (407) 858-1460 for instructions on how to order Birth and Death Certificates by mail. There is an online process to order certificates through VitalChek. Visit: https://orange.floridahealth.gov/certificates/index.html.
