Refugee Health Services

Refugee Health

The Refugee Health Program provides services through funding from the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement and the Florida Department of Children and Families, Refugee Services. Services include health assessment and immunization services for the following people:

  • Refugees
  • Asylees
  • Cuban & Haitian Asylum Applicants
  • Cuban & Haitian Entrants (including parolees)
  • Amerasians
  • Iraqi/ Afghan special immigrants
  • Certain victims of severe forms of human trafficking

To determine eligibility, bring these documents:

  • U.S. I-94 Form
  • Passport
  • Homeland Security Notice to Appear Form I-862
  • Any other immigration documents

If you need Refugee Health vaccinations to complete the health assessment, please walk-in to the Lila Mitchell Clinic during our regular business hours.
